Generally it is said by the alcohol addicted people that it is impossible to quit drinking. But being a health and nutritional consultant I've personally experienced that it possible to quit drinking without hassle following five steps regularly for 45-60 days without taking any anti-addiction medicine or pills.
(1.) Burning desire - Without will and burning desire to get rid of routined drinking habit it is almost impossible to quit drinking. So it is quite important that the person with addiction intends to be free from alcohol.
(2.) Working schedule change - Time schedule of work should also be changed in such a way that it must keep you busy during drinking period.
(3.) Change of friend circle - It is quite difficult to change friend circle but it is compulsory to avoid alcohol addicted and party loving people. Otherwise their forceful request will make you drink again.
(4.) Taking juice - Take juice mixed with lemon, beetroot and ginger. at least thirty days. It'll increase sulpher in the body which helps to suppress the desire to drink alcohol.
(5.) Light yoga and exercise - Light yoga and exercise plays vital role to keep you healthy. It too helps to quit addiction.
