*Washing eye - Wash the eyes with clean water as many times a day it is possible.

*Appropriate distance - Always keep six feet distance while watching any television programme. Avoid long periods for watching it.
*Reading posture - Avoid reading while lying down. Sit in right posture be erect and hold the book about a foot away from eyes.
*Avoid rubbing eyes - Eyes may be infected if rubbed with a dirty hand, towel or handkerchief, So avoid it.
*Use of other's towel - Never use the towel of others to clean your eyes otherwise eyes have an infection.
*Use of others spectacles - Avoid using spectacles of any other person with eye disease.
There is no substitute of natural eyes, so it should be cared and protected with sincerity.
